1 Shale shaker is the first phase solids control equipment in oil drilling mud solids control system and the important equipment equipment in the mud recycling system as well,generally,there are single shale shaker,duplex shale shaker and triple shale shaker,KES can provide the shale shaker in different treatment capacity with customized service as per clients requirement,super G vibratory motors,free maintenance and powerful dual motors apply 7.5G-8G to screen frame,optional screen angle adjustment while drilling from -3°to3°,screen makes fine separation,easy for removal and installation,shaker rapid positioning


2 Vacuum degasser,also called Negative Pressure Degasser,is a special solids control equipment to handle the gas cut drilling fluid,removes the small bubbles entrained gas left in the mud and plays an important role to return mud proportion and stabilize mud performance,generally,vacuum degasser is also matched with mud/slurry recycling purification systems,

3 Mud cleaner is the second phase or the third phase solids control equipment,and it is a combination of desander , desilter and underneath shale shaker with the features of compact structure,small footprint and high efficiency.it is an ideal equipment as the second or the third phase solid control equipment.

4 Desander is the second phase solids control equipment in drilling operation.generally,there are a set of hydrocyclones in 8",10" or 12" in the desander,which mainly used for separating the solid particles sized in 47~76 micron from the drilling fluids,the desander cleaner mainly consists of shale shaker,hydrocyclones,distribution manifold and electric control cabinet.Desander is used for removing the abrasive solids from the drilling fluids which cannot be removed by shale shaker

5 Desilter is the third phase solids control equipment to handle the drilling fluids,Generally,there are a set of hydrocyclones in 4" or 6" in the desilter,which mainly used for separating the solid particles sized in 15~47micron from the drilling fluid.The desilter cleaner mainly consists of shale shaker,hydrocyclones,distribution manifold,and electric control cabinet .Desilter removes the solid particles from the drilling fluids which cannot be removed by shale shaker and desander.

6 Decanter centrifuge is the fourth phase solids control equipment,also called Horizontal Spiral Centrifuge,Horizontal Decanter Centrifuge and Screw Decanter Centrifuge etc.According to different rotating speed,it can be defined as middle speed,high speed and high speed VFD centrifuge.It is mainly use for recycling the barite,removing the fine solid particles sized in 2~7micron,controlling the density and viscosity of drilling fluid to keep the drilling fluid performance.the straight section and cone section of the drum adopts duplex 2205 stainless steel material,formed by centrifugal casting,the drum assembly and other parts is made of stainless steel SS316L,The screw conveyor with wear-resistant alloy sheet protection,which is durable and easy for maintenance and replacement,Wear resistant ceramic protective sleeve for the diversion port of the screw conveyor and the discharging port of the drum to ensure the durability and less maintenance,The adjustable pond height to meet the different working conditions,The drum assembly in the transport with the support frame to protect the bearing from damage,Explosion-proof PLC intelligent electrical control cabinet with simple operation and automation to achieve different speeds for different working condition

7 Vertical cutting dryer,also called as rock cutting dryer or vertical centrifuge,is the key equipment in drilling waste management system and widely used for handling the drilling cuttings in oil drilling field.For water-base drilling mud,kes cutting dryer also can achieve the ideal treatment effect,The cutting dryer adopts FAG bearings with the rotary speed 900rpm and G force 420G for effective liquid and solids separation,The discharging scraper is made of high-chromium iron with durable life time,The screen basket is made of stainless steel SS 316,Independent oil cooling system for the duable usage in severe working conditions

8 Mud gas separator or flare ignition device,is a special equipment to handle the invaded gas of the drilling fluid . Density and viscosity of the drilling fluid will greatly be influenced by the invaded gas,sometimes it will lead to well kick or blowout accident.Flare ignition device is a special oil drilling equipment to handle the invaded gas,it is also an effective equipment to handle the tail gas and invaded natural gas in oil field,refinery and natural gas collecting and distributing station.it can ignite the harmful invaded gas collecting and distributing station.it can ignite the harmful invaded gas to eliminate the hazards to the environment,also it is a security environmental protection equipment.This equipment can match with mud gas separator,and is usually used in oil~gas drilling and CBM drilling project

9 Jet mud mixer,also called as mud mixing hopper,is the equipment to match with the drilling solid control equipment,generally used for mixing and adjusting the proportion ofdrilling fluid,changing the density,viscosity and water loss etc.with more excellent operation if being matched with shear pump,and also can be designed to single or double jet mud mixer as the clients requirements.

10 Centrifugal Pump is also called as Sand Pump,Mixing Pump,Feeding Pump,Replenishing Pump and Filling Pump.It is the ideal matching equipment to provide impetus for desander,desilter and jet mud mixer,Centrifugal pump can also be an assistant mud infusion pump and trip pump at well head ,KES centrifugal pump can realize the quick positioning and installation

11 Screw Pump is usually used for supplying mud or slurry to centrifuge in solids control industry with the features of good feeding capacity and stable working pressure.It is the ideal choice to convey the flocculated waste drilling fluid with high viscosity and hard suspended solids because the volume change of sealed cavity formed by screw and stator sucks and discharges the fluid without drastic fluid mixing activity,KES screw conveyor has the features of less accessories,compact structure,easy maintenance and vulnerable part replacement

12 Submersible Slurry Pump is a centrifugal pump with vertical single-stage single suction overhung structure, adopting wear-resistant alloy material and can convey the mud or slurry with bigger solid particles

13 Shear pump is used for effectively cutting the polymer added into drilling fluid, speed up dilution and hydration of polymers to greatly reduce the time of drilling mud preparation. Main part and impellers adopt stainless steel material with the features of long service life and excellent performance.

14 Mud Gun is designed to clean the mud residue in mud tank bottom or pump suction inlets in solids control system to prevent mud sediment happening and keep tank clean to prolong the equipment service life. KES mud gun can be easy to vortically work in 360°and can be fixed at the tank bottom with better stability

15 Mud Agitator is widely used in the mud solids control system. It is installed in slurry storage tanks or mud tanks to stir slurry/mud to prevent drilling fluid solid particles depositing in the mud tank. Mud Agitator mainly consists of motor, reducer, base, stir rod and impellers

16 Screw conveyor, also called as screw feeding machine, mainly used for conveying drilling waste and works as support equipment in drilling waste management system. It can be classified as horizontal screw conveyor and diagonal hopper screw conveyor, can be matched with other transportation equipment to complete the combined or separate transportation etc.

19 Oil and gas mud system

20 Dewatering system,also called as solid-liquid separation unit,is used for waste mud,slurry treatment,which mainly consists of  high-speed VFD centrifuge and chemical-adding unit.Flocculation is performed to the solid phase in mud,or slurry through chemical-adding,then the solid-phase and liquid-phase is separated by high-speed VFD centrifuge.After dewatering treatment,the separated solids can be used as building material and the separated liquid can be used for industrial consumption and agriculture irrigation.

21 The cutting dryer unit is a key system in drilling waste management,can reduce the oil content of solid particle(>0.5mm)in drilling waste to less than 5% and moisture content to less than 15%.The unit is equipped with washer pump,hoisting cantilever,mixer and liquid-phase buffer tank.The washer pump is used for extracting the liquid phase from buffer tank and washes the dryer inside,meanwhile,extracts the clear water outside to clean the equipment after operation.The hoist cantilever can lift the upper cover of cutting dryer,screen basket and objects less than 0.5t,its turning radius is 3.3m and rotation angle is 270°,which can drastically reduce the time of screen basket replacement and maintenance cost.The dryer"s lifting support provides three lifting heights for application and the lowest height level is used for transportation,which can reduce the transportation cost and be easy for assembly and disassembly,and other two height levels are operating positions and used for different alag discharge ways.

22 Drilling waste management system,also called as drill cutting treatment system or drilling cutting management system.According to diffrernt applications,it can be classfied as water-base drilling waste management system and oil-base drilling waste management system.The main system equipments are drying shaker,cutting dryer,decanter centrifuge,screw conveyor,screw pump and tanks.The drilling waste management system can effectively control the moisture content(6%-15%)and oil content(2%-8%)in drilling cuttings and stabilizes the liquid phase performance.

23 KES provides three drilling waste management system solutions,Solution one,the system mainly consists of shale shaker,decanter centrifuge and tanks,used for the water-base drilling mud and drilling waste treatment.The drilling mud after treatment can be reused,but the moisture content of treated solid phase is relatively high.Solution two,the system mainly consists of vertical cutting dryer,decanter centrifuge and tanks,used for the water-base or oil-base drilling mud and drilling waste treatment.The moisture content and oil content of treated solid phase is lower. Solution three,the system mainly consists of filter press,chemical-adding unit and tanks,used for the water-base drilling mud and drilling waste treatment.The moisture content of treated solid phase is lower,but the working process is relatively complex and the equipment floor area is big

24 Hdd mud recycling system is a necessary equipment of foundation construction,used for slurry purification recycling which adopting slurry hole/tunnel wall supporting and cutting-away HDD construction,with the features of reducing construction cost,increasing construction efficiency.

26 Slurry Separation system is a necessary equipment of foundation construction, used for pile foundation projects adopting slurry hole/tunnel wall supporting, rotary drilling rig, circular drilling technology; Diaphragm wall project and slurry purification recycling of slurry pipe-jacking construction, with the features of reducing construction cost, increasing construction efficiency.
